The Tempest Two was born on the waves of this expedition. In 2015, our lives changed forever as we pushed off land in Gran Canaria, with 3000 miles of wild Atlantic Ocean ahead of us. No support crew, no experience, no idea what we were letting ourselves in for.
Over those 54 days, we had to overcome every obstacle imaginable. Hurricanes, tankers, sharks and a nighttime capsize, each experience made us stronger, until we finally touched land.
The rest as they say, is history.
