EMEA leaders off-site, London: 50 of the EMEA leadership team gathered in London for a top-secret team day. We were briefed to bring the Airbnb values to life in a creative & impactful way. A British pub, a bespoke scavenger hunt on a custom-built app, music videos & an entrepreneurial challenge. A day full of adventure in the heart of London.
Customer Success team, Portland: Unlike any other company we have worked with, Airbnb had identified that many of their customer success team in their Portland office had been with the company for over 10 years. As an employer, they wanted to make it known that having ambitions outside of Airbnb was openly encouraged. We worked with the team on identifying these goals and put a roadmap in place to achieve them
Host Conference, Dublin: 150 super-hosts were invited to an evening with The Tempest Two, in which the pair delivered their keynote tailored to the idea of 'travel & adventure'.
