The Tempest Two become Chief Motivation Officers for Aviva, Europes largest insurance company

  • The Tempest Two were tasked with increasing the motivation & wellbeing of Aviva employees and customers through the Aviva Wellbeing app. The 'Chief Motivation Officers' campaign was launched to the company.
  • The CMO campaign saw TTT create a series of content & challenges, aimed to get users to set lofty goals, move more and develop an adventure mindset.
  • The entire campaign was a 360 approach, consisting of digital content and in-person keynotes & workshops.
  • Over 5,000 people used the app, and 88% of participants said the content had 'made a positive difference to their wellbeing'.
