Aviva – Chief Motivation Officers Campaign
Aviva brought in The Tempest Two to boost motivation and wellbeing among both employees and customers through their Wellbeing app. The result? The launch of the Chief Motivation Officers campaign.
We created a dynamic series of content and challenges designed to help users set bold goals, move more, and embrace an adventure-led mindset. This was a fully integrated campaign, combining in-app digital content with live keynotes and interactive workshops.
The impact was real: over 5,000 people engaged with the app, and 88% of participants reported that the campaign had “made a positive difference to their wellbeing.”
