iCapital Global Offsite – Team Connection at Scale
The Tempest Two were brought in by iCapital to design and deliver a global offsite experience that would unify their rapidly expanding team. With 1,200 employees across multiple markets, our challenge was to create a day that felt personal, impactful, and world-class—at scale.
Working closely with the client, who fully backed our vision, we crafted an experience rooted in connection, communication, and collaboration. Through a series of immersive team challenges, we helped iCapital’s people break silos, build trust, and most importantly, have a lot of fun along the way.
